This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between Fintech Alliance Nepal (hereinafter referred to as “FAN”) and Myanmar Digital Economy Association (hereinafter referred to as “MDEA”), collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
Purpose:
The purpose of this MOU is to facilitate and foster FinTech collaboration between Nepal and Myanmar.
This agreement aims to increase support and opportunities for the FinTech industries in both countries, with the Parties joining forces on matters of mutual interest relating to the FinTech industry. The agreement allows for the sharing of best practices and the fostering of business collaboration.
