Nepal Fintech Expo 2026 is the second edition of Nepal’s premier fintech exhibition, organized by Fintech Alliance Nepal (FAN).

Building on the success of the inaugural edition, this expanded three-day event will bring together Banks and Financial Institutions (BFIs), fintech companies, payment service providers, regulators, technology firms, investors, startups, academia, and development partners under one roof.

The expo serves as a dynamic platform to showcase the latest fintech innovations, foster collaboration, facilitate knowledge exchange, and create strategic partnerships that accelerate Nepal’s digital transformation. Through exhibitions, conferences, networking sessions, and startup showcases, Vol. II continues to strengthen and shape the future of Nepal’s digital finance ecosystem.

Rules

The booth size is 3m x 3m (9 sqm).
Each panel board measures lm in width with a height of 2.5m.
Exhibitors must design and print their branding materials according to these dimensions.
Each booth will be equipped with 1 table and 2 chairs.
Pins, nails, tape, glue, or any materials that may damage the panels are strictly prohibited.
Exhibitors must not drill, puncture, or alter the panel boards or booth structure in any way.
Any damage caused to the booth, panels, furniture, or electrical fittings will be the exhibitor’s responsibility.
Exhibitors will be required to bear the full cost of repair or replacement if damage occurs.
All branding and setup must comply with the event’s design and safety guidelines.
The organizer reserves the right to inspect booths and request immediate correction if any setup violates the standards or poses safety concerns.
